Lactic acid bacteria are part of the balanced microbiota necessary to protect the skin, prevent it from drying out, prevent inflammation and strengthen the immune system. The microbiota of the atopic skin is unbalanced, and probiotics nourish and smooth the fur.

The intestine is related to the well-being of the skin. Protect your skin through the intestine.
The intestine is the largest organ involved in immune defense and the body’s response capacity is based on it. The intestine is also connected to the skin through the immune system.
The results of the studies have confirmed that the diversity and presence of strains of beneficial bacteria, especially bifidobacteria, are reduced in the intestinal microbiota of those who suffer from atopic skin and psoriasis. It has also been found that they have a lower amount of short-chain fatty acids produced by bacteria. Stress and intestinal diseases can also weaken the skin’s protective mechanisms. A balanced intestinal microbiota supports the well-being of the skin from the inside.
The beneficial bacteria groups in the gut can be supported by well-studied, live Bifidobacteria and Lactobacteria, and by increasing the quantity and variety of fibers in the diet, such as xylooligosaccharides, which are primarily fed by bifidobacteria.
